September 16 is celebrated as Mexican Independence day for being getting freedom from rule of Spain. This day is celebrated in Mexico with great big bang than Cinco de Mayo with special preparations for fiesta known as party or celebration both at small or large scale featuring special parade, bullfights, dance, dine, wine, rodeos, fireworks and many other things. The eve of Independence Day i.e. 15th September is celebrated with great get-together, decorations, huge crowds, shopping and lots of food. People salute their national flag made with main three colors; green, white and red.
